Our practice is participating in MyMedicare – a program that strengthens the relationship between you as a patient and your doctor and your care team. We encourage enrolment. Eligibility for this program is that you must have had two face to face consultation in the past 12 months at the practice. You may receive a text message from the practice asking you to enrol in this initiative.
